Yes we have the following height restrictions:

Wipeout sweeper – 1.2 Metres

Inflatbale slide – 1.3 Metres

We have lockers in place so you can secure away your belongings whilst you jump.

The lockers are £1 for 2 hours.

For insurance purposes, all participants must have a completed & signed waiver. If under 18 years of age this must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. You may fill out our waiver in advance via the online waiver section of the website or  when you arrive at Top Jump (please ensure you arrive in good time to do this) .

Yes, for guest’s safety, TopJump socks must be worn.(These are provided to each participant as part of any party package). You can permanently exchange a pair of socks from one the other parks you have been to or you can purchase these at check-in for £2 per pair.

We will not allow you to Jump in socks from another park.

It is possible to add an additional hour onto your jump session (making 2 hours in total) by adding this as an optional extra when booking.

Our fun and friendly staff will supervise the arena for safety, to ensure that the rules are being adhered to and that everyone is as safe as possible.

Please note however TopJump do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

All party participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to your specified party time to allow for safety briefing and preparation time.

We recommend comfortable clothing that is free of any studs. And please remember that trampolining is an energetic activity and you may get warm whilst bouncing so dress appropriately. You will also be asked to remove any belts as part of our safety briefing.

Demand for parties during weekends, school holidays and evenings are very high. We will therefore take bookings for parties several months in advance (up to 12 months) and recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee your preferred time and date.

We are happy to reschedule all fitness class bookings with 24+ hours notice – this can be done by calling our booking line on 01908 380 508. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any classes once they have been booked

Of course! Our facilities are for people of all ages and any adult attending the party is welcome to join in (as long as your child doesn’t think that will cramp their style of course!). You can simply book on using our on-line booking system for the same day and time as the party (at a cost of £10 for 1 hour or £16 for 2), or contact our party co-ordinator who will arrange this for you. Please note that the full amount per adult is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable.

It’s easy! Just go to www.topjump.uk and at the top you will see the link for children’s parties. Simply click the link and you will be able to view our birthday packages. Then click the button that says, ‘Click here to book your party.’ You will then be able to view party availability and select a time and date that suits you. You will then be asked to complete details such as number of children, which package you require and any optional extras you would like to add. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If you want to discuss individual requirements or would simply like to book through a ‘human’ then please feel free to contact our event co-ordinator by email at info@topjump.uk or by calling 01908 380 508.

We recommend getting all waivers signed by the children’s parents before the party. This can be done at www.topjump.uk under the section online waiver.

You will have your own party room after your jump time with a dedicated party host/hostess. Half of the fun of the trampoline arena comes from being able to jump across our huge expanse of trampolines and jumping into the giant foam pit, which you wouldn’t get if we gave you your own small section of trampolines, so for this reason you may be jumping with other members of the general public. However, if having the place to yourself is something you would like, exclusive arena hire is available, please see details under the parties tab of the website for more information.

Parties require a minimum of 10 guests, but we can cater for up to 150 people jumping at any one time. However, please note that only groups of up to approx. 30 (age dependent) can be accommodated in our party room. We can accommodate larger parties during off-peak periods by utilising the mezzanine platform overlooking the arena, rather than in the party room, but unfortunately larger groups cannot be accommodated during Peak periods. We are open 7 days a week and offer parties from 10am-7pm daily (and between 9am-8pm at weekends and school holidays). Please be aware that we only allow 3 parties at any one time and that the demand for parties during peak times are high and we therefore recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We sometimes have spaces for parties available at short notice, even at peak times due to cancellations. We therefore recommend contacting our event co-ordinators on 01908 380 508 or info@topjump.uk to see if we can fit you in, as we will always do our best to accommodate you!

The birthday host is required to stay at the party. We also require a minimum of 4 adults to stay with the party,but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want. We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Because we’ve found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, all our parties begin on the jump arena.

Yes, each party is allocated a party host/hostess so parents can relax and enjoy the party!

Please note however We do not provide or accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, so whilst the party host will be in the room the responsibility for the children will fall on the birthday host and remaining adults.

Yes, you are welcome to use your own decorations in the party room. However to minimise damage to the party room, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations or silly string. A cleaning fee may be applied if these items are used.

Absolutely! We will set up the party room and clean up afterwards so you can simply go home with the birthday boy or girl!

We provide unlimited orange and blackcurrant squash for all parties. If you would like something different to this, please contact our events co-ordinator to discuss your requirements.

Any bookings must be cancelled 7 days before the jump.

Any bookings made within the 7 days wont be eligible for a refund. We will only be able to move the booking or offer jump vouchers for another day.

Please note bookings made that don’t meet our age restrictions ie an under 4 in an open jump only the child not old enough will be refunded. Should the rest of the group not wish to jump we will provide vouchers or move the booking to a different date.

Any party bookings must be cancelled 21 days before the party.

If you wish to lower the amount or party participants above our minimum booking amount of 10 and are within 21 days of your party date we will only offer a free jump voucher for the number of children not attending. If you have more then 21 days left you will be refunded for the amount of  participants not attending.

Only food and drink purchased in our cafe may be consumed on our premises.
